This film was produced for American Airlines in collaboration with Pixel Inspiration (one of the UK’s leading providers of Digital Signage Solutions) to show off their superb flagship lounges and check-in facilities American Airlines offer in their terminal at London Heathrow.
When those flying with AA arrived at Heathrow, they had no idea that the airline provided a first-class lounge and people were simply missing it altogether so it was important to raise awareness by producing promotional content that will show what is on offer for passengers of as they arrive at the airport.
To achieve this Bigtank operated out of normal trading hours through the night as disruption to the airport had to be kept to a minimum. All of the people you see in the film are either actors we brought in for the production or AA staff members. American voice over artists were sourced to fit the target market and brand and storyboards were provided to ensure that there was no ambiguity with what the final visuals would be. The finished product has been used on the AA YouTube channel and had almost 20,000 interactions increasing awareness of the product and passengers within the lounge.
