I was introduced to Bigtank, when they proactively made contact to introduce themselves, having visited one of our trade sites. I receive countless numbers of unsolicited emails, from companies, touting for business, they usually end up in my “deleted file!” Bigtank gained my initial interest due to their investigation and understanding of our business, prior to sending their introduction. This level of attention to detail impressed me.

‘‘Only two meetings later, we had agreed on, what we were trying to achieve, how Bigtank would deliver it and the timescales and costs involved. Filming was completed in less than half a day and the first draught of video was received within two weeks. Final amends completed within a further week. The whole process was efficient & I could not fault their work & enthusiasm. We will be commissioning another video with Bigtank shortly.
